1. Who we are
This website is operated by Legacy Capital Management, a trading name of Scott Mackey, a St. James’s Place Partner Practice. Members of the St. James’s Place Partnership in the UK represent St. James’s Place Wealth Management plc, which is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.
By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
2. The information on this site is not advice
Everything on this website is provided for general information only. It is not personal financial advice and it is not a recommendation to take, or not take, any particular course of action. Nothing here takes account of your own circumstances, objectives or attitude to risk.
Advice is only given after we have understood your circumstances and set out a recommendation in writing. If you are considering any financial decision, please speak to us first.
3. Risk warnings
Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage. The value of an investment with St. James’s Place will be directly linked to the performance of the funds selected and may fall as well as rise. You may get back less than the amount invested. Past performance is not indicative of future performance. The levels and bases of taxation, and reliefs from taxation, can change at any time and are generally dependent on individual circumstances.
4. Keeping the site available
We take reasonable care to keep the information on this site accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that it is complete, current or error-free. We may change, suspend or withdraw all or any part of the site at any time without notice, and we do not guarantee that the site will always be available or uninterrupted.
